Delhi to Ayodhya: Many trains connect these two major cities. The travel time on this route ranges from 7 to 14 hours. Some popular trains for these cities include:-

  • Vande Bharat Express (Anand Vihar Terminal – Ayodhya Cantt)
  • Kaifiyat Express (Overnight)
  • Farakka Express (Delhi Junction to Ayodhya Junction, runs on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday).

Lucknow to Ayodhya: This is the shortest route to reach Ayodhya. The journey from here is covered about within 3-4 hours. There are frequent trains on this route, making it convenient for day trips.
