Metro in Delhi resumes; Follow These Measures to Avoid Corona

With the declining cases of Coronavirus, the Delhi has witnessed the relaxations with unlock. Shops, malls and metro are being started today i.e. on June 7. Mumbai has a local and Delhi has a metro lifeline, in which lakhs of people travel in a day.

On May 10, along with the lockdown process, the Delhi Metro was also completely stopped. Along with starting the process of unlocking, it has also been announced to restore the metro service in phases. Under which metro service will start with 50 percent capacity from Monday. First, DMRC will start operating half of its fleet of vehicles. Due to which the frequency of the metro will be less and the metro will be run on different lines with an interval of 5 to 15 minutes.

Guidelines issued by Metro

1. Everyone will be screened while entering the metro station, in which entry will not be available if the body temperature is high.

2. After entering the metro station, it will be necessary to wear a mask. Failure to do so will result in punishment.

3. It will be necessary to install Arogya Setu App in mobile.

4. Special care will have to be taken of social distancing.

5. One has to stand at a certain distance while climbing and descending on the line.

6. Passengers will have to sit only by leaving one seat.

7. Hands and bags will be sanitized while going inside the station.

8. People standing in lines outside the station will also have to wear face masks.

9. The help of security forces will be taken to prevent the passengers from entering the station in excess of the stipulated capacity.

Measures to prevent corona infection

-Travel only by wearing an N95 mask.

– Even if you are traveling with someone, leave one seat and sit.

-Use sanitizer in case you are unable to wash your hands.
